An established and highly respected independent property consultancy is seeking an experienced Residential Block Property Manager to join their growing team. The Role
- Managing a residential block portfolio, responsibilities will include:
- Conducting regular site inspections and preparing follow-up reports
- Managing repairs, maintenance works and approved contractors
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and fire regulations
- Preparing and managing service charge budgets
- Handling leaseholder and client enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Managing Section 20 consultations, LPE1 packs and leasehold matters
- Monitoring service charge and ground rent collections
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Residential Block Management
- ATPI or MTPI qualified (essential)
- Strong knowledge of Section 20 procedures, service charges and LPE1 documentation
- Full UK driving license and own vehicle required
