We are working in partnership with a renowned specialist Property Litigation firm, currently expanding and hiring across multiple levels including Associate, Senior Associate, and Principal Associate. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded team known for its strength in residential leasehold and landlord & tenant disputes, offering fully remote working and a clear progression structure.
About the Team: The team is recognised for its technical excellence in property litigation, acting for landlords and managing agents across both high-volume portfolios and complex, high-value disputes. The environment is collaborative, with strong support for professional development and advancement.
The Opportunity: You will manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters while contributing to more complex cases, with scope to develop advocacy experience and take on increasing responsibility.
- Manage a caseload of medium to high-value property litigation matters
- Draft and review pleadings, witness statements, and legal advice
- Handle leasehold disputes including service charges, breach of covenant, and forfeiture
- Represent clients in the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber)
- Support senior colleagues on complex matters
- Supervise junior team members where appropriate
- Build advocacy experience and take ownership of hearings
Required Experience:
- Strong background in property litigation and landlord & tenant law
- Hands-on experience with leasehold disputes and property management matters
- Tribunal experience, particularly FTT (Property Chamber)
- Experience with service charge disputes and lease interpretation
Highly desirable:
- Building Safety Act matters
- Remediation Orders / Remediation Contribution Orders
- Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024
- Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002

- Commercially aware with strong technical ability
- Confident managing files independently
- Excellent drafting and client communication skills
- Motivated to specialise and progress within a structured framework
