The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Lettings Administrator to support the lettings team and ensure the smooth running of the tenancy process from offer agreed through to move-in and beyond. This is a key role within a fast-paced, growing business — ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, compliance, and delivering a seamless experience for landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing tenancy progression from offer agreed through to move-in
- Drafting tenancy agreements and supporting referencing processes
- Coordinating compliance requirements (EPCs, Gas Safety, EICRs, deposit registration)
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and third parties
- Managing utility notifications and move-in/move-out processes
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Supporting tenancy renewals and associated administration
- Assisting with general lettings administration and team support
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in lettings administration or property administration
- Strong understanding of the tenancy process and compliance requirements
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
