The Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Lettings Administrator to support the lettings team and ensure the smooth running of the tenancy process from offer agreed through to move-in and beyond. This is a key role within a fast-paced, growing business — ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, compliance, and delivering a seamless experience for landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing tenancy progression from offer agreed through to move-in
  • Drafting tenancy agreements and supporting referencing processes
  • Coordinating compliance requirements (EPCs, Gas Safety, EICRs, deposit registration)
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and third parties
  • Managing utility notifications and move-in/move-out processes
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Supporting tenancy renewals and associated administration
  • Assisting with general lettings administration and team support

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in lettings administration or property administration
  • Strong understanding of the tenancy process and compliance requirements
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a professional and personable approach
