An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Property Manager to join the client's team in Earlsfield. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career within residential property management, supporting a well-maintained portfolio and delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a residential portfolio of approximately 90–110 tenancies
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients during the tenancy
- Handling all tenant-related queries in a professional and timely manner
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Supporting tenants through move-in processes and general tenancy queries
- Attending pre-tenancy visits with clients
Property & Compliance Management
- Identifying, logging, and resolving maintenance issues promptly
- Ensuring all properties remain legally compliant and meet required standards
- Conducting 6-monthly property inspections and reporting findings
- Managing the deposit release process, including negotiating deductions and handling deposit disputes where necessary
Systems & Internal Coordination
- Maintaining accurate records using Reapit (CRM/property management system)
- Liaising closely with Lettings Negotiators and Accounts teams
- Providing annual leave cover across the wider team when required
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm, 1 day working from home per week
