We're working with a well-established residential property management business looking to appoint an experienced Block Manager to join their growing team.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential developments, including:

  • Full portfolio management
  • Service charge budgeting and expenditure control
  • Contractor and maintenance management
  • Health & Safety and compliance oversight
  • Managing client and leaseholder relationships
  • Organising and attending AGMs
  • Handling major works and Section 20 consultation processes

About You
