An established and highly respected independent property consultancy is seeking an experienced Residential Block Property Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional looking for long-term career progression within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Role

  • Managing a residential block portfolio, responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting regular site inspections and preparing follow-up reports
  • Managing repairs, maintenance works and approved contractors
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and fire regulations
  • Preparing and managing service charge budgets
  • Handling leaseholder and client enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Managing Section 20 consultations, LPE1 packs and leasehold matters
  • Monitoring service charge and ground rent collections

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Residential Block Management
  • ATPI or MTPI qualified (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of Section 20 procedures, service charges and LPE1 documentation
  • Full UK driving license and own vehicle required
