A highly regarded property litigation team is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to play a key role in complex residential property disputes and the ongoing development of junior lawyers. This is a senior opportunity for a specialist with strong experience in leasehold and landlord & tenant litigation, offering high-quality work, autonomy and clear progression within a well-resourced national platform.

The Role

  • Lead on complex and high-value property litigation matters
  • Act as a technical escalation point within the wider team
  • Provide strategic advice across residential leasehold portfolios
  • Supervise, mentor and support junior fee-earners
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Represent clients in Tribunal and Court proceedings

About You

  • 5–7 PQE with strong expertise in property litigation
  • Proven experience in leasehold, service charge and landlord & tenant disputes
  • Confident handling complex caseloads with minimal supervision
  • Commercially minded and comfortable in a client-facing role
  • Experience mentoring or supervising junior lawyers
