Day Concierge
Location: Residential Development, London
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Shift Pattern: 7am - 7pm, 4 on 4 off
About the Role
Our client is seeking a professional and customer-focused Night Concierge to join a modern residential development. Working as part of the onsite team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional resident experience while maintaining the security, presentation and smooth day-to-day operation of the building.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming and professional front-of-house service to residents, visitors and contractors.
- Manage access control, visitor management and CCTV monitoring.
- Handle resident enquiries, concerns and complaints in a proactive and professional manner.
- Manage parcels and deliveries, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Conduct regular health & safety inspections and report any issues.
- Monitor communal areas, ensuring the development remains clean, safe and well-presented.
- Liaise with contractors and support onsite operations as required.
- Maintain accurate records, logs and incident reports.
Experience Required
Essential
- Previous concierge, front-of-house, reception, customer service or residential building experience.
- Experience dealing directly with residents, guests, visitors and contractors.
- Experience managing access control systems and CCTV.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good IT and administrative skills.
Desirable
- Residential, corporate or hospitality environment experience.
- Knowledge of property management systems.
- Understanding of health & safety and fire safety procedures.
- First Aid or Fire Marshal training.
