About the Role
Our client are seeking an experienced and highly organised Block Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a well-structured portfolio of residential blocks with a strong emphasis on RMC and RTM clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential blocks with a focus on RMC and RTM clients
- Conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and oversee planned maintenance
- Chair AGM/EGMs and liaise with directors and leaseholders
- Ensure compliance with current lease, health & safety, and legal obligations
- Oversee contractors, budgets, and service charge accounts
- Maintain excellent communication with clients
Requirements
- Minimum 5–6 years experience in residential block management
- Proven experience with RMC and RTM client structures
- ATPI-qualified (Associate IRPM) or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of landlord & tenant legislation
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Tech-savvy, proactive, and committed to high service standards
