Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days WFH)

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

Our client are seeking an experienced and highly organised Block Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a well-structured portfolio of residential blocks with a strong emphasis on RMC and RTM clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential blocks with a focus on RMC and RTM clients
  • Conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and oversee planned maintenance
  • Chair AGM/EGMs and liaise with directors and leaseholders
  • Ensure compliance with current lease, health & safety, and legal obligations
  • Oversee contractors, budgets, and service charge accounts
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–6 years experience in residential block management
  • Proven experience with RMC and RTM client structures
  • ATPI-qualified (Associate IRPM) or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of landlord & tenant legislation
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Tech-savvy, proactive, and committed to high service standards
