Centre Point Recruitment are partnered with a specialist residential managing agent who are looking to hire an experienced Block Manager to manage a portfolio of RMC & RTM Clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential blocks, ensuring high service standards.
  • Build relationships with RMC directors and leaseholders.
  • Prepare and manage service charge budgets.
  • Coordinate repairs and major works.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance.
  • Attend AGMs and residents’ meetings.
  • Conduct regular property inspections.
  • Delegate tasks to a dedicated assistant.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of block management experience.
  • Experience managing RTM and RMC's essential.
  • Experience with S20 works.
  • Full UK driving license.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

Hours: 9am - 6pm

WFH: 4 Days
