The Role
- You will support the Block Management team in the day-to-day running of a portfolio consisting of approximately 1,000 units across c.50 residential blocks.
- Working within a close-knit team of five, you will assist with all aspects of block management, gaining full exposure to compliance, maintenance, and leaseholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day management of residential developments
- Respond to resident, leaseholder, and contractor queries in a professional manner
- Coordinate maintenance works and liaise with contractors
- Carry out site inspections and produce basic reports
- Support with health & safety and compliance requirements
- Assist with service charge administration and invoice processing
- Maintain accurate property records and internal systems
- Support with AGMs, client reporting, and general administration
- Work closely with Block Managers to ensure high service standards are maintained
Experience & Skills Required
- Previous experience within property management OR a relevant administration/customer service role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional, client-focused approach
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Full UK driving licence preferred
