Mandarin-Speaking New Homes Sales Consultant

Earnings:

• £25,000 – £35,000 basic salary

• OTE £75,000 with potential for more

Hours:

• 9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday

• 1 in 4 Saturdays required

• 5 Day Working week

Required Skills & Experience for a New Homes Sales Negotiator:

• Sales Experience:Previous sales experience is preferred, particularly within the new homes sector, and estate agency demonstrating a solid understanding of sales techniques and client engagement.

• Bilingual Communication SkillsFluent in Mandarin (Cantonese is a bonus), with a good command of English to facilitate clear and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

• Passion for Real Estate
