The Opportunity
We are working with a well-established multi-branch estate agency in Bromley who are looking to appoint an Assistant Property Manager to support their growing property management team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual looking to start a career in property management. No prior experience is required, full training and support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting Property Managers with the day-to-day management of residential properties
- Acting as a point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors
- Managing maintenance requests from instruction through to completion
- Coordinating contractors and chasing progress on works
- Updating property management systems and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting with tenancy administration and compliance documentation
- Handling incoming calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner
- General administrative support across the property management department
