A fast-growing start-up company which provides Sustainability Cloud and Consulting services is currently recruiting a Sustainability Consulting Manager to work in their London office.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving business expansion across Europe, managing business development with new clients, consulting for customer success, and engaging in various tasks related to the establishment and expansion of the European business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing sales strategies, conducting field sales primarily targeting enterprise companies, managing partner sales
- Preparing related documentation and collaborating with the overseas headquarters
- Assisting with customer success initiatives and supporting the delivery of consulting services
- Engaging in various tasks related to the establishment and expansion of the European business, such as conducting market research, building organisational structures and frameworks, and sourcing M&A opportunities
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in sales to enterprise companies in Europe, with a consistent track record of securing deals
- Experienced in managing and leading a team
- Background in sustainability/ESG consulting or experience contributing to sustainability initiatives from a corporate perspective
- Hands-on experience with CSRD disclosures (Preferred)
- Leadership and team management experience
- Demonstrated ability to stay committed and achieve goals even in challenging situations
- Proficiency in creating documents and presentations using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented
- Business level fluency in English
