A leading Asian food company in the UK is looking for a Supply Chain and Production Management Executive. This role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production processes, ensuring smooth production planning, demand analysis, and managing relationships with outsourced production companies. The role requires a keen focus on efficient production management and supply chain coordination to meet organizational goals. Understanding of Japanese culture would be advantageous.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production processes to ensure smooth operations, timely delivery, and high-quality standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure that manufacturing targets are met efficiently and on time.
- Perform detailed demand forecasting and analysis to determine the required production volume and material requirements.
