A Japanese entertainment company is looking for a Marketing Compliance Assistant, to assist with the co-ordination of promotional activities for their trading card game and digital titles, between the Windsor team and the European branches.
A passion for the gaming industry, and two years of marketing or branding experience will be required for the role.

Marketing Compliance Assistant Responsibilities
• Support on EMEA level promotional activities and implement them in coordination with the branches
• Support branch-initiated activities – in regards of approval and implementation
• Support Marketing Manager with focus on EMEA activities and consumer events
• Support on Approval Submissions to Japan, ensuring that clear communication and a good relationship is established with all stakeholders and colleagues (in Japan and the US)
• Co-ordinate consumer shows with local branches with the goal to maximize synergies and implement best practices for all branches
• Process DWP approval requests for promotional activities as well as travel (before Assistant Head of Card Business in approval chain)
• Liaise with third-party agencies/suppliers with regards to productions, campaigns and influencer marketing
• Support on the creation of materials promotional activities and sharing with the wider team – i.e. signage and event branding
• Creation of Purchase Orders and managing Invoices within the team before sending to the Finance Team for processing

Marketing Compliance Assistant Ideal Candidate
• At least 2 years working experience in a marketing or brand role, ideally personnel responsibility
• Passion for TCG and / or board games / Japanese Pop Culture
• Good user knowledge of MS office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good user knowledge of Adobe CC software applications, preferably Photoshop & InDesign
• Good understanding of Marketing Trends and how they are implemented for businesses in our industry
• Great organisational skills and high attention to detail
• Great communication skills
• Good control over the English language (written and spoken)
• Ability to work with a team and provide leadership
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to new challenges
• Strong knowledge of the TCG and Digital Card Game industry (overall) ideal
• Willingness to travel
• University degree with business and or marketing focus beneficial
