Hybrid / Private Medical Insurance / International Career Opportunity - A Japanese architecture company is currently recruiting a Sales & Marketing Associate to support its expansion across the UK and global markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
- Build and strengthen the company's brand positioning and messaging
- Manage PR activities and relationships with media and industry partners
- Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities
- Develop relationships with clients, developers, investors and strategic partners
- Organise and attend exhibitions, conferences and networking events
- Arrange and lead meetings with prospective clients and partners
- Support proposal preparation and business development activities
- Monitor KPIs and analyse marketing and sales performance
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management
- Ideal Candidate
- At least 3 years\' experience in B2B marketing, business development, growth or a related field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing and lead generation
- Experience building relationships with clients and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate marketing into business growth
- Proactive, entrepreneurial and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within architecture, interior design, real estate, hospitality, construction or professional services is advantageous
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Hub Spot or Salesforce is preferred
- International business development experience and additional language skills are beneficial
