職務内容

  • プロジェクトに関わる資料作成などプロジェクト遂行の補佐全般(Excelでのデータ分析やパワーポイント作成を含む)
  • 各種プロジェクトの進捗管理と連携
  • 外部ベンダーやコンサル会社との英語のコミュニケーション
  • 会議(内部および外部)への出席、会議内容に応じたフォローアップ
  • 定期的な部署の進捗状況のモニタリング
  • スケジュール管理
  • 日本本社や日本チームとのリエゾン
  • その他アドホックな事務サポート

応募要件

  • 3年以上の日系企業もしくは日本での勤務経験
  • 対人能力およびコミュニケーション能力の高い方
  • 正確に期限を厳守し業務を遂行できる方
  • MS Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)を使いこなせること
  • オンラインでの文書管理に自信のある方
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力・日本語力保持者
