A Japanese game‑related manufacturer is looking for an Accounts & Logistics Administrator to support daily operations across logistics, accounts support, customer service, and office administration. This role does not require formal accounting experience. Candidates with experience handling numbers, data entry, bookkeeping studies, or accounting‑related education are welcome.

Location: Wandsworth, SW London (Office‑based)

Type: Permanent – Full‑time

Salary: Up to £35,000 (based on 40 hrs/week, depending on experience) + bonus

Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process commercial documents such as sales orders, purchase orders, delivery notes, proforma invoices, and invoices
  • Coordinate shipments with customers, warehouses, suppliers, and logistics providers
  • Support accounts‑related tasks including invoice processing, payment confirmation, cash/bank checks, and unpaid invoice follow‑up
  • Assist with VAT and Intrastat preparation, audits, and communication with external accountants and HMRC
  • Handle customer enquiries and support Sales Managers
  • Provide general office administration support, including couriers, translations, office management, and internal coordination
Ideal Candidate
  • Business fluent English with conversational level Japanese (business fluency not required)
  • Experience working with Japanese companies or living/working in Japan, with familiarity in communicating with Japanese colleagues
  • Comfortable handling numbers, data entry, and documentation
  • Experience or interest in bookkeeping or accounting support (study, qualification, or practical exposure welcomed)
  • Good Excel skills; experience with SAGE or similar software is a plus
  • Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a small team environment
Additional Information
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30–17:30
  • Work Style: Office‑based only
