職務内容：ご入社後、半年から1年間は丁寧に研修をして頂けます。研修終了後は以下のようなお仕事をお任せする予定です。
- 顧客との一次・二次トラブルシューティング対応およびエスカレーション窓口対応（メール・電話・チャット）
- ITサポートチケットシステムによる案件管理
- 必要に応じた顧客先での短期・長期サポート対応
- 顧客との打ち合わせ参加および関係構築
- PC・モバイル端末のハンズオン対応および初期セットアップ
- 必要に応じた顧客および社内のマネージャー／ディレクター向け詳細報告書作成
- Windowsサーバー環境の一般事務および実装
- エンタープライズIT環境理解および詳細な計画立案および設計
- 日常運用を含むIT要素の設定およびサービス提供
- 概念実証試験（PoC）および受入試験の実施
- ベンダーとの交渉および管理
- 新機能・新サービスの開発および実装
- PC／サーバーセキュリティシステムの構築および停止作業
- プロジェクトおよびサービス提供スケジュールの管理
- 収益性を確保するためのシステムおよびその実装の検討
- 安全な運用環境の維持および整理整頓
- 実装・変更に関する手順書の作成
- ラインマネージャーへの定期的な業務状況報告
- チームローテーションの一環としての早朝シフト対応
- 必要に応じた海外出張対応
