A leading Asian food company in the UK is looking for a Supply Chain and Production Executive. This role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production processes, ensuring smooth production planning, demand analysis, and managing relationships with outsourced production companies. The role requires a keen focus on efficient production management and supply chain coordination to meet organizational goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production processes at co-packing partners company to ensure smooth operations, timely delivery, and high-quality standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure that manufacturing targets are met efficiently and on time.
- Perform detailed demand forecasting and analysis to determine the required production volume and material requirements.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to meet organizational goals.
- Manage relationships with outsourced production partners.
- Ensure the effective management of raw materials, components, and finished goods inventory.
- Continuously analyse and improve production and supply chain processes to enhance efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on production performance, supply chain metrics, and demand planning forecasts.
Ideal Candidate:
