A Japanese IT solutions company is currently recruiting an IT Sales Manager to work in their London office. In this role, you will be responsible for sales activities and developing good relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have sales experience in IT solution service with business level fluency in Japanese and English.
- Work Type: On site (or visiting clients)
- Visa Support: Yes (not for dependants)
- Type: Permanent, full-time
- Working Hours: 9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday
- Salary: £45k-£60K depending on experience

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide IT solutions—including IT infrastructure (cloud, servers, PCs, networks) and applications (SAP, no/low-code tools, etc.)—to existing and prospective Japanese corporate clients.
- Visit clients to introduce solutions, understand their requirements, and coordinate proposals.
- Liaise with HQ in Japan and other partners to coordinate joint proposals.
- Independently manage sales full cycles, ensuring close communication and follow-ups with clients.
- Review and adjust sales strategies if activities do not align with initial plans.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required for business meetings.
- Support and oversee 1–2 junior sales representatives.
Ideal Candidate:
- More than 5 years of Sales experience in IT solution services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Business level of fluency in both English and Japanese.
- Able to visit both domestic and international clients in person.
Visa support may be considered depending on experience.
