A Japanese financial institution is currently recruiting a Vice President to work in their London office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer requirements and inquiries for e-banking/local channel products, conducting client onboarding/implementation, supporting e-banking/local channel products customer support at EMEA branches, and collaborating with GTBD members.
The ideal candidate should have experience in cash management products, strong communication skills in English and Japanese, and proficiency in MS Office.

Working Hours: 9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday
Main Responsibilities:
- To manage and handle customer requirement and inquiries for e-banking/local channel products, and related cash transactions
- To be involved in e-banking/local channel products sales by conducting the usage demonstration at physical meeting or online basis, depending on request
- To conduct client onboarding/implementation for e-banking/local channel products
- To produce, check, and customize the agreements and client application forms for e-banking/local channel products
- To support e-banking/local channel products customer support at EMEA branches
- To support and cooperate with department members for cash/channel product matter
- To cooperate with related IT department in relation to cash/channel products matter
- To support department related ad-hoc projects (client migration, internal system migration)
- To maintain good relationship and communication with internal and external stakeholders
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in the Banking Industry, especially for cash management product such as e-banking implementation
- Pitching / presentation to the clients in terms of e-banking and CMS products
- Experience/knowledge in transaction, payment, FX business/operation
- Basic knowledge of SWIFT and bank messaging
- Basic knowledge of UK and European Payment market environment
- Fluent English speaker – required
- Japanese language ability – needed to handle Japanese Corporate business
- Solid understanding of the Bank’s internal rules and procedures
- Basic Knowledge of UK and European regulations
- Basic Knowledge of Customer ERP/TMS (SAP, Kyriba, Oracle etc.)
- Basic IT knowledge such as Network (sFTP etc), File Format (XML, CSV, Text, JSON etc.), Database, Infrastructures
- Basic knowledge of IT systems (web applications, security etc.)
