A British travel agency is seeking a lively, intelligent, articulate, and presentable individual to join their small team in London. You must demonstrate a strong interest in Japan, its culture, and language. This role includes opportunities for business trips to Japan.
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30-17:30
Start: ASAP
Executive Travel Consultant Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing and planning group and independent tours
- Preparing itineraries and quotes
- Preparing confirmed itineraries and documents
- Liaising with all suppliers
- Dealing with clients’ calls and emails
- Assisting customers: after-sales care
- Travelling to Japan
Executive Travel Consultant Ideal Candidate:
- Fluent in English and a good command of written and spoken Japanese
- Good knowledge of Japanese culture & geography
- Good attention to detail
- Previous relevant experience would be useful but not essential
- Positive, friendly, polite, and can-do attitude
