An established company specialising in research and advice on Japanese equities is seeking an Equity Report Editor/Translation Trainee. The Trainee will work and train every step of the way by shadowing and supporting the directors. Working within a team, the successful applicant will gain exposure to a high-level business environment with responsibility from the start.

Requirements:

  • Native level English with strong communication skills is a must.
  • Excellent Japanese speaking skills are also required.
  • Strong verbal & written English communication.
  • Strong written Japanese skills, preferably above JLPT N2 level.
  • Strong grasp of grammar and attention to detail.
  • Interested in learning about finance.
  • The ability to work cooperatively in a small team & take on responsibility at an early stage.

Working Conditions:

  • Type: Permanent, full-time
  • Working Hours: 07.00 – 16.30 from Monday to Friday
  • Salary: Β£27K-30K, plus discretionary bonus
  • Location: Burton-upon-Trent, near Derby
