グローバルに展開する日系IT企業がIT営業担当を募集しています。IT業界での経験がある方は活かしてご活躍いただけますが、ご経験がない方も歓迎致します。本ポジションは、ICTサービス（ネットワーク、セキュリティ、データセンター、クラウド等）の提案を通じて新規法人顧客の開拓および既存顧客のフォローを行う営業職です。顧客満足度の最大化を目指し、営業活動に加えて見積作成や社内調整、営業事務サポートにも携わっていただきます。
Responsibilities
- ICTサービス（ネットワーク、セキュリティ、DX、クラウド、SI等）の新規および既存法人顧客への提案
- 担当顧客に対するメイン窓口としての対応および関係構築
- 月次個人売上目標の達成
- 顧客からの問い合わせや課題に対する迅速かつ積極的な対応
- 将来的な営業機会につながるネットワーク構築
- 社内関連部署との連携による営業支援
- 営業依頼に基づくICT関連見積書の作成
- 営業活動に付随する事務作業（データ入力、レポーティング、書類管理等）
- 潜在顧客へのアウトバウンド営業（コールドコール）
- 上長およびディレクター向けの定期・随時レポート作成
- 部門運営を円滑にするための知識・経験の共有
- サービス改善に関する提案
- グループ会社・SIチームと連携した営業サポート
- その他アドホック業務
Qualifications
必須要件
- ビジネスレベルの日本語力・英語力保持者
- 高いコミュニケーション能力および顧客対応力
- Excel / Word / PowerPointの実務使用経験
- 正確性があり、細部まで注意を払える方
- タスク管理能力が高く、マルチタスクが可能な方
歓迎要件
- 直近3年以内のICT業界での営業経験
- グローバルICTサービス（セキュリティ、NW、DC、SI、クラウド、RPA等）の知識
- Salesforce、Coupa等の営業ツール使用経験

- 給与：最大£28K + Zone 6までの交通費
