- 本社・欧州プロバイダへのトラブルシューティング
- エンドユーザーへの状況説明・対策実施
- 日本国内サービスのコントロール、顧客・日本国内チームへの連絡
- ネットワーク環境維持・整備
- 優先順位を見極めた問題解決
- 社内システムへの必要情報の記録
- クライエントへのテレコミュニケーション・データ送信機器のインストール・メンテナンスに関するアドバイス業務など

勤務時間:
1日12時間、週4日勤務 (早番: 8:00-20:00, 遅番: 12:00-24:00/13:00-25:00)。4連勤→4連休の繰り返し、24:00/25:00 終わりの際はタクシー手配あり。
