  • ITインフラ運用案件における小規模プロジェクトマネジメントの補佐
  • EMEA地域での拠点新設・閉鎖に伴うネットワーク導入/撤去対応
  • 日本本社および海外拠点との英日コミュニケーション・調整
  • クラウドサービスやシステム障害に関する各種対応・エスカレーション
  • 顧客向けミーティングでの運用状況説明・課題管理
  • 構成図・手順書など各種ドキュメント作成/更新
  • サーバー・ネットワーク機器の保守更新対応
  • 契約更新時の提案・交渉・契約管理など

  • ITインフラ環境に関する幅広い知識
  • インフラ関連プロジェクト管理または運用管理経験
  • Windowsサーバー、PC、ネットワークの1st lineレベルのヘルプデスク経験または基礎知識
  • ビジネスレベルの英語・日本語力
  • 顧客折衝・関係構築スキル
  • Microsoft Office(特にExcel)を用いた管理経験
  • 複数案件を並行して管理できる調整力・優先順位管理能力
