ロンドンの日系金融機関が、人事部門を支えるHR事務担当を募集しています。人事システム管理、給与関連業務、入退社手続き、研修管理など、人事オペレーション全般を幅広くサポートいただくポジションです。

応募対象:

  • 永住権、配偶者、パートナービザ、YMS、卒業ビザ(※残期間が1年半以上)
  • フリーランスビザ、学生ビザ、ビザをお持ちで無い方は応募不可

勤務形態:ハイブリッド勤務(最初の4週間は毎日オフィス勤務)

職務内容:

  • 人事システム上での人事データ管理、日常運用、トラブルシューティング、改善サポート
  • 給与計算補助およびペイスリップ作成・処理
  • 派遣社員に関する事務手続き(インダクション資料発行、記録管理、請求書確認)
  • バックグラウンドチェック、就労資格確認、書類確認の手配・管理
  • 研修記録の管理、必須オンライン研修の進捗管理、研修運営サポート
  • 組織図の作成および月次更新
  • 入社手続き全般(オンボーディング)、人事ファイル管理、データ保護対応
  • 人事書類のスキャン・保存・管理(機密保持遵守)
  • 出社状況の月次モニタリングおよび報告
  • 電子承認システムでの承認手続き管理
  • HRチームおよび総務部門への事務サポート、アドホック業務対応
  • 人事レポート作成(監査・管理資料・ダッシュボード用)
  • 採用事務サポート

応募要件:

  • 1~2年の人事の実務経験(人事管理、人事プロセス、人事システムへの関与経験があれば尚可)
  • 中小企業向け金融サービス業界での経験があれば尚可
  • MS Office(Excel、Word等)に非常に精通している方
  • 細部まで注意を払える高い正確性
  • 機密情報を適切に取り扱える方
  • 複数業務を同時に管理できる高い事務処理能力

給与:経験により時給18-20ポンド(ホリデーペイ含)

開始時期:決定次第すぐ
