A Japanese financial services company is seeking a Corporate Access & Equities Sales Support Analyst to join its Equities Division in London on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The Corporate Access & Equities Sales Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Equities Sales team by coordinating corporate access events between Japanese listed companies and European institutional investors, while also providing sales administration and operational support.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to communicate professionally in both Japanese and English.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate meetings, roadshows, conferences and other corporate access events between Japanese companies and institutional investors
- Manage meeting schedules, participant coordination, venue bookings, travel arrangements and event logistics
- Liaise with Japanese listed companies, institutional investors and internal stakeholders
- Maintain and update client information, meeting records and sales activities within Salesforce
- Manage client agreements, onboarding documentation and other sales-related records
- Process expenses, invoices and travel arrangements for the Equities team
- Prepare and update client lists, presentations and activity reports
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Equities Sales and Trading teams
- Ensure accurate record-keeping in line with internal policies and compliance requirements
- Recent graduate or up to approximately 3 years of experience in financial services, sales support, corporate access, investor relations, event coordination or a related field
- Professional working proficiency in both Japanese and English
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Experience using Salesforce is preferable
- Previous experience within a financial institution or knowledge of Japanese equities or capital markets would be advantageous
