Notre équipe de recrutement recherche actuellement de nouveaux collaborateurs ayant vécu/travaillé au Japon et/ou comprenant la culture japonaise et désireux de soutenir les entreprises japonaises et leurs employés, en particulier sur le marché français.

Nous acceptons volontiers les candidatures de candidats titulaires d'un visa temporaire (d'une durée supérieure à 1,5 an) !

RÉMUNÉRATION

  • Base: Ă€ partir de 25 500 ÂŁ + commission + participation aux bĂ©nĂ©fices = 1ère annĂ©e OTE (On-Target Earnings) = 30 000 ÂŁ - 33 000 ÂŁ
  • 2ème annĂ©e OTE = 39 000 ÂŁ - 45 000 ÂŁ

Emplacement: Londres (près de Bank) avec travail hybride après période d'essai

Heures de travail: Du lundi au vendredi, de 9 h Ă  18 h

Visa: Nous ne pouvons pas fournir de soutien au visa, seules les candidatures des personnes ayant le droit de travailler de manière permanente au Royaume-Uni seront acceptées.

APERÇU DES MISSIONS

  • 360 Recruitment: Gestion du cycle complet de recrutement, y compris la recherche de candidats, la coordination des entretiens, la nĂ©gociation des offres et le placement
  • Business Development: Identifier et dĂ©velopper de nouvelles relations clients/affaires (Royaume-Uni et Europe)
  • Account Management: Gestion des relations clients par une communication efficace et professionnelle

Tâches quotidiennes

  • Évaluer et rĂ©pondre aux besoins de chaque client et mission. Chaque client aura des besoins diffĂ©rents, il est donc important de comprendre exactement ce qui est requis.
  • Recherche de candidats – Effectuer des recherches quotidiennes sur les principaux sites d'offres d'emploi et autres plateformes pour trouver les meilleurs talents possibles pour votre client.
  • Gestion de la relation client – Fournir des mises Ă  jour frĂ©quentes Ă  votre client pour maintenir une opĂ©ration fluide et Ă©tablir une relation solide.
  • Saisie de donnĂ©es – Chaque offre, CV et correspondance est enregistrĂ© dans un système CRM partagĂ© – la saisie de donnĂ©es et l'exactitude seront essentielles.
  • RĂ©daction et modification des descriptions de poste et publication des offres en ligne.
  • SĂ©lection des CV et conduite d'entretiens vidĂ©o/tĂ©lĂ©phoniques pour Ă©valuer la pertinence des candidats pour le poste.

CANDIDAT(E) IDÉAL(E)

  • Une expĂ©rience professionnelle de la culture d'affaires japonaise serait un atout, car vous serez amenĂ© Ă  communiquer occasionnellement avec des clients et des candidats japonais.
  • La maĂ®trise de l'anglais est indispensable, et des compĂ©tences supplĂ©mentaires en langues (japonais/allemand) seraient fortement apprĂ©ciĂ©es.
  • Une personne analytique, visionnaire, et enthousiaste
  • Un individu agrĂ©able et rĂ©flĂ©chi, dotĂ© de solides skills en communication
