Overview
A Japanese trading company is recruiting an Administration Assistant Manager to join their office in the suburbs (north) of London. This position involves a wide range of accounting and finance responsibilities, from daily bookkeeping and reconciliations to budget and forecast preparation. It also requires general office support such as purchasing supplies and arranging mail delivery. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in SMEs or Japanese companies and possess strong numerical and organisational skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Daily bookkeeping including SAGE entry
- Create invoices and process business expenses
- Manage reconciliations
- Manage multi-currency transactions
- Create monthly reports (P&L and Balance Sheet)
- Prepare budgets and forecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow)
- Prepare finance documents for bank loan applications
- Process payments on online banking platforms
- Payroll management
- VAT returns
- Conduct audit interviews

Employment Details
