A well-known Japanese gaming company is recruiting for an Operations Administrator to work in their Windsor office. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end operational activities for their trading card game (TCG) operations, including purchasing, sales administration, inventory management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders across Europe.
The ideal candidate should have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience working in an administrative or operations support role within a fast-paced environment. Strong Excel experience is desirable, and the ability to work independently is essential.

LOCATION: Windsor - Hybrid (2 days work from home, 3 days in office - Wednesday mandatory in office)

Main Responsibilities
- Creating all materials in DWP for SAP purchasing and sales
- Collating manufacturing orders for all products
- Managing DWP SIAR approvals for all manufacturing
- Managing customer accounts including sales orders, shipping, invoicing, and customer credit control
- Liaising with European warehouses for inventory management
- Assisting the Senior Operations Manager with video game release setup
- Processing purchasing entries in SAP and managing goods in transit
- Liaising with suppliers regarding trucking and delivery schedules
- Supporting SAP UAT testing and completing internal documentation
- Assisting with internal and external audit requirements
- Supporting financial quarter-end and year-end tasks
- Assisting their products’ Marketing with shipment coordination
- Tracking import and export documentation
- Handling stock adjustments and delivery queries
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar operations or administrative role
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- PC literacy including basic use of Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Punctual, reliable, and resilient approach to work
- SAP experience is advantageous
