Job Description

Systems Planning CoordinatorRef: AJ46720A global Japanese IT company is seeking a Systems Planning Coordinator to support IT project investment planning and budgeting across the EMEA region. The role involves close coordination with internal stakeholders, project managers, and finance teams to ensure effective governance, cost control, and strategic alignment of IT initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support planning and governance of IT investment-related projects across EMEA
  • Provide guidance and assistance in the use of planning tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and project workflows
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure portfolio alignment with organisational strategy
  • Manage and update databases and reports to support decision-making
  • Track project financials and ensure compliance with internal processes
  • Liaise with PMs and PMOs to monitor budgeting and cost tracking
  • Provide regular reporting and participate in review meetings with HQ
  • Assist with timesheet management and general administrative tasks as needed

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Experience in financial planning or PMO-related roles
  • Basic understanding of IT operations is a plus
  • Experience in IT or financial services industry is preferred
  • Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Japanese language skills are a plus
