A foreign bank is currently recruiting a Structured Finance Analyst to join its Structured Finance team in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to develop their career within an international banking environment. In this role, you will conduct credit analysis and monitor project finance transactions, supporting investment decisions and managing credit risk across a diverse portfolio.
The ideal candidate should have a finance-related degree, project finance experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct due diligence and credit analysis on new project finance transactions and prepare investment proposals for the Branch Credit Committee.
- Monitor the performance and credit risk of existing project finance transactions.
- Review borrower consent requests and prepare recommendations for Branch Management and Tokyo Head Office where required.
- Evaluate financial information and identify potential risks associated with lending opportunities.
- Provide analysis and reporting to support structured finance activities and investment decisions.
- Support the Senior Manager and team with administrative tasks, including record keeping, scheduling and document management.
