A leading supplier of specialist Asian foods in the UK is seeking a Mandarin speaking Sales Executive to join their expanding sales team. The role would suit an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to develop themselves in the sales field. Understanding of Japanese culture and some Japanese skill would be advantageous.
Type: Permanent, full-time
Working Hours: 9:00-17:30 from Monday to Friday
Salary: £23k-£25k depending on experience + commission
Start: ASAP
Location: North London (Hybrid working style / You can visit to customers’ site directly from home)
Sales Executive Main Responsibilities:
- Visit clients to sell products on a B2B, wholesale basis
- Utilise, review, and update the client database
- Provide support and reassurance to customers
- Analyse sales data
- Increase the company’s sales profits
- Provide strategies and estimates for the company
- Prepare and distribute information from the company to clients
- Respond to client communications or queries and resolve any client issues
- Network with business partners and or distributors
- Provide good quality control
- Manage inventory
Sales Executive Ideal Candidate:
- Mother tongue level of Mandarin and good English-speaking skills
- Passion for Oriental foods / sales
- B2B sales experience in the wholesale/foodservice food industry
- A highly motivated self-starter
- Strong Excel & MS Office skills
- Understanding of Japanese culture and some Japanese skill will be advantageous
- UK driving licence
