- WBSを使用したプロジェクト計画・スケジュールの管理・維持
- プロジェクト進捗、マイルストーン、締切の監視・追跡

- リスクや依存関係の積極的管理、および軽減策の支援
- リスク・課題ログの維持・更新、定期的なステークホルダー報告
- 週次・月次プロジェクトステータスレポートを含む報告書、プレゼン資料、コミュニケーション資料の作成
- プロジェクトチーム、ベンダー、関連ステークホルダー間の円滑なコミュニケーションの促進
必須応募要件
- ビジネス、IT、工学、関連分野の学士号
- 大規模ITプロジェクトにおけるPMOとしての3年以上の経験(銀行・金融サービス業界での経験が望ましい)
- WBSベースのプロジェクト管理(進捗、課題、リスク管理)の実務経験
- 複数チーム間で調整できる高いコミュニケーション能力
- プロジェクト管理ツール(MS Project、Excel、JIRA、Confluenceなど)の操作スキル
- Excel(ピボットテーブル、VLOOKUP、マクロなど)およびPowerPoint(プレゼン資料作成)の高度なスキル
