A Japanese architecture company is currently recruiting a Sales & Marketing Associate to support its expansion across the UK and global markets.

The Sales & Marketing Associate will be responsible for driving brand visibility and business development activities across the UK and international markets.

The ideal candidate should have at least three years' experience in B2B marketing, business development or growth, together with excellent communication skills and a proactive commercial mindset.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
  • Build and strengthen the company's brand positioning and messaging
  • Manage PR activities and relationships with media and industry partners
  • Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop relationships with clients, developers, investors and strategic partners
  • Organise and attend exhibitions, conferences and networking events
  • Arrange and lead meetings with prospective clients and partners
  • Support proposal preparation and business development activities
  • Monitor KPIs and analyse marketing and sales performance
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management

Ideal Candidate

  • At least 3 years' experience in B2B marketing, business development, growth or a related field
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing and lead generation
  • Experience building relationships with clients and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to translate marketing into business growth
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience within architecture, interior design, real estate, hospitality, construction or professional services is advantageous
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred
  • International business development experience and additional language skills are beneficial
