A Japanese entertainment related company is seeking a Sales & Coordinator who speaks Italian, English, and Japanese fluently. You will support Sales manager who is in charge of Italian market to start with, will responsible market together in the future.
*please note that this role required on-site (5days/week in the office) work
Principal Duties:
1. Sales calls to Retailers, Distributors in the E.U and others.
2. Marketing activities – conducts sales analysis, ad planning, sales forecasting
3. Acquires licensing agreements (Sales activities to hardware and software makers)
4. Translates product information, instruction, their website, and other business-related documents to and from Japanese/English/Italian.
5. Performs interpretation as needed.
6. In charge of drawing up, negotiating, and signing business related contracts.
7. Researches patent related information within the game industry.
8. Manages bank accounts and petty cash.
9. Attends to resident officers, loan employees and expatriate personnel.
10. Manages day to day activities with little to no managerial supervision
11. Performs other sales-related duties for worldwide markets and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
12. Troubleshooting problems, answers questions from sellers and handles complaints.
Desirable skill:
-At least 3 years experience of office work, ideally corporate sales/B2B customer service related
-Totally fluent level Italian, Fluent English and Japanese (Ideally JLPT N2 or higher)
– Other European language ability (such as French, Spanish, German) are huge bonus
– experienced to work/live in Japan is highly beneficial
-Interest of digital/gaming/entertainment industries could be advantage
– Understanding Japanese culture especially corporate environments
-Strong communication skills, flexible attitude
Job type: Permanent, full-time
Location: South London (SW18)
Salary – £30,000 – £45,000 per annum (depending on the experience)
Working hours: Mon – Fri, 8:30-17:30 *5days/week in the office
VISA: Company can support work permit for right candidate
