A leading wholesaler in the UK is currently recruiting a Global Digital Transformation Project Lead to support digital transformation across the EMEA region.
The role will lead global transformation programmes including ERP implementation, process standardisation, and change management, working closely with Japan headquarters, EMEA stakeholders, and external partners.
The ideal candidate should have global project management or ERP transformation experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and a hands-on approach.

- Main Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of global digital transformation initiatives across EMEA in line with the Group Digital Strategy and WAVE programme
- Drive ERP implementation projects including requirements definition, local process alignment, testing, user training, and go-live support
- Act as the key interface between Japan headquarters, global digital teams, EMEA leadership, local process managers, and external technology partners
- Gather and analyse local business requirements while ensuring alignment with global standards and transformation objectives
- Manage cross-functional projects across procurement, import/export, warehouse, logistics, marketing, and sales functions
- Support change management activities to ensure adoption of new systems, processes, and digital ways of working
- Coordinate with regional digital teams to clarify governance, ownership, and execution responsibilities
- Monitor project progress, risks, budgets, and business outcomes while providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Ideal Candidate
- Experience managing global digital transformation projects within a consulting firm or international business environment
- Experience leading medium to large-scale ERP or business transformation projects
- Understanding of ERP systems, supply chain processes, or logistics operations preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous but not essential
- Strong project management skills with experience using waterfall, agile, or hybrid methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multicultural environments
- Hands-on approach with the ability to work closely with business users rather than focusing only on governance
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving skills, and business acumen
- PMP qualification or similar project management certification is advantageous
- Business level of fluency in English
