A Japanese game-related manufacturer is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join its South London office.
You will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager responsible for the French market, with the opportunity to take ownership of the market as your experience grows.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be comfortable working in a multicultural environment, and have an interest in developing a long-term career in international sales.

- Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors across France and Europe
- Conduct sales analysis, forecasting and marketing activities to support business growth
- Assist with licensing agreements and negotiations with hardware and software manufacturers
- Translate business documents, product information and marketing materials between Japanese, English and French
- Provide interpretation support during meetings when required
- Prepare, negotiate and manage business contracts
- Research patent-related information within the gaming industry
- Support office administration, including bank accounts, petty cash and expatriate staff
- Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues and support worldwide sales activities
- Ideal Candidate
- At least 1 year of office experience, preferably in sales, sales support or a related role
- Fluent French (C1 level or above) and conversational Japanese (ideally JLPT N3 or above)
- Experience living or working in Japan would be highly advantageous
- Interest in the gaming, digital entertainment or technology industries
- Understanding of Japanese business culture
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills with a flexible attitude

- Working Style: Office-based (5 days per week)
- Job Type: Permanent, full-time
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30-17:30
