An Asian Cash and Carry is currently recruiting a Procurement Manager. You will be responsible for managing purchase operations, category management, item master data, cost and margin analysis, and stock-related activities.
The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure stable supply and cost efficiency.
- Manage local and overseas suppliers, including price negotiation, contracts, and relationship management.
- Lead and manage the procurement team, providing guidance and support in handling daily operational routines.
- Plan purchasing based on sales data, inventory levels, and demand forecasts.
- Select and manage new items; conduct market research and category management.
- Analyse procurement costs, margins, and market trends to support business decisions.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, reports, and SAP system data.
- Allocate item codes, set selling prices, update SAP photos, and maintain catalogues.
- Collaborate with operations and buyers in the main office to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Assist sales and floor staff with product-related issues and provide timely solutions.

- 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management (retail, food, or wholesale preferred).
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English.
- Experience in procurement, SAP, and inventory management.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
