A Japanese company is seeking a Sales Administrator to support its sales operations across digital platforms, retail, and distribution partners. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth sales processes, accurate reporting, and effective coordination between internal teams and external partners. The successful candidate will support the Sales Manager and wider sales team while contributing to the growth of an exciting games portfolio.
WORK TYPE: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)
VISA SUPPORT: Type: Permanent, full-time
Working Hours: 9:00β17:30, Monday to Friday (1-hour lunch break)
Sales Administrator Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, contract administration, and sales documentation
- Maintain and update sales records, pricing lists, and partner information
- Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and support forecasting and revenue analysis
- Maintain sales calendars, product release schedules, and key commercial milestones
- Support the Sales Manager with ordering procedures
Sales Administrator Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales administration, commercial operations, or a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Confidence working with data, reports, and numerical information
- Experience within the video games, entertainment, or digital media industry is an advantage
- Genuine interest in video games and an understanding of digital distribution models
- Familiarity with platform holders, publishers, or retail sales processes is beneficial
- Ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams
- High level of discretion when handling commercial and confidential information
