A newly established UK subsidiary of a leading Japanese manufacturer is currently recruiting an E-commerce Operations Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day e-commerce operations, managing Amazon and Shopify platforms, and supporting the launch and growth of the UK and European online business. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on e-commerce experience, particularly with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central and/or Shopify, and be comfortable working in a fast-changing start-up environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the company's day-to-day e-commerce operations
- Manage and continuously improve Amazon and Shopify platforms
- Maintain online product listings, content, pricing and marketplace performance
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and customer experience
- Support the launch and continued growth of the UK and European online business
- Undertake a wide variety of evolving responsibilities as the business develops
