HR Manager -Global Fashion Brand / Strategic HR Leadership / Hybrid Working- A global Japanese fashion brand is currently recruiting an experienced HR Manager to support the expansion of its EMEA business. This role will take ownership of building and strengthening the HR foundation of the organisation, working closely with EMEA leadership and Japan Headquarters. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on HR leader who is comfortable working in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, proactively identifying challenges, proposing solutions and driving initiatives forward with a strong business mindset. (Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and initiatives aligned with business growth objectives Act as a strategic HR partner to EMEA leadership, identifying organisational challenges and driving solutions Build and develop HR structures, capabilities and processes to support business expansion Lead talent acquisition, retention strategies, organisation development and culture initiatives Manage employee relations, performance management, compensation processes and HR compliance Partner with managers on workforce planning, headcount management and resource allocation Provide HR reporting, organisational insights and recommendations to management and Japan Headquarters Support HR team development and continuous improvement initiatives 15+ years of progressive HR experience including HRBP, organisation development, talent acquisition and HR operations, with 7+ years of experience in a leadership role ~ Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and programmes ~ Strong employee relations and conflict resolution experience ~ Experience leading organisational transformation and change initiatives ~ Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and present strategic recommendations ~ Experience in retail, fashion, apparel, footwear or cosmetics industries would be advantageous ~ Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into organisational and talent strategies Working Style: Hybrid (50% office-based) Salary: Β£75,000 per annum depending on experience + Bonus Job Type: Permanent, full-time Working Hours: Monday to Friday All applicants for the HR Manager position must have the right to work in the UK without any restrictions as the Company is not able to offer visa support.
