A travel company that provides precise and detailed services is seeking a tour operator for various purposes such as corporate visits, sightseeing, and incentive tours within the UK. We are looking for someone with experience in travel consulting who can make meticulous arrangements from the customer's perspective.

- Work Style: Primarily office-based (remote work one day a week negotiable)

Job Responsibilities:
- Local arrangements for travellers coming from Japan to Europe (especially the UK)
- Communication with Japanese travel agencies and tour operators
- Preparation of estimates for group and small group travel
- Travel arrangements (hotels, cars, guides, restaurants, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Experience in the travel industry
- Motivated, cheerful, positive, and high communication skills
- Ability to be flexible (may need to visit hotels or meet groups)
- Ability to work as part of a team in a small office
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
- PC skills (Microsoft Office)
Salary: £26K and above depending on experience (upper limit negotiable based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time
Start Date: As soon as possible
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30-17:30 (little to no overtime except during busy summer periods)
Location: Central London
