The predicted salary is between 35000 - 40000 £ per year.

Visa support with potential for future visa changes/extensions.

Salary: Up to £40k level + bonus (annually) based on experience.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00.

Location: Burton-on-Trent.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Initial point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Understanding and grasping product line-up and service content.
  • Advising customers towards building manufacturing processes.
  • Supervising machine and equipment commissioning at customer sites.
  • Addressing technical issues at customer sites.
  • Internal collaboration with overseas technical experts.
  • Regular visits to customer/supplier locations (1-2 times a month, mainly within the UK and EU).

Qualifications:

  • Practical experience in technical fields or manufacturing environments.
  • UK driving licence.
  • Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese.
  • Skills in Microsoft Office / AutoCAD.
  • High IT literacy, excellent organisational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Engineering degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering, manufacturing process engineering, or automation technology is preferred.
  • Experience in corporate sales is essential (sales experience in trading companies is advantageous).
  • Ability to drive tasks independently and complete them autonomously.
  • Problem-solving skills and communication skills.
  • Experience with other 2D/3D CAD tools or PLC programming skills is welcomed.
