HRIS Specialist

-Global Fashion Brand / HRIS / SuccessFactors A global premium fashion brand is seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to join its HR team and support the continued development of its EMEA organisation. The HRIS Specialist will take ownership of HR systems, employee data governance, reporting and system-enabled HR processes across the EMEA region. Working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and external vendors, you will help optimise HR technology and deliver scalable digital solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong HRIS administration experience, particularly with SuccessFactors, together with advanced reporting, data governance and stakeholder management skills.
