A construction company is currently recruiting a Design Technical Coordinator to support the delivery of a high-quality residential project in London. The Design Technical Coordinator will support drawing management, consultant coordination, document control, and technical administration from RIBA Stage 5 through construction, working closely with the Project Lead. The ideal candidate should have experience within the UK architectural, engineering, or construction environment, strong AutoCAD and Revit skills, and practical experience in architectural project delivery.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of a residential project from RIBA Stage 5 through construction
- Manage design drawings, technical documents, and document control processes
- Coordinate with consultants and project stakeholders to support project delivery
- Provide technical administration support to the Project Lead
- Review and manage design information to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Support coordination of technical issues and project requirements
